This year’s theme is A Very Unitarian Christmas. We need singers, mimes, storytellers, and readers of all ages. Safety protocols will be in place with distancing on stage and family units encouraged to participate together.

Pageant date: December 12, 9:30 AM. There will be one blocking rehearsal on Saturday, December 11, 9:30 AM. There may be additional rehearsals for the singers. Rebecca will provide recordings for practicing the songs at home.

Calendar for November:

In-Person Classes: Because of numbers and volunteer status, we are shifting our class groupings this fall. Each Sunday is dependent on volunteer involvement. Please check our homepage and facebook for any last minute updates to scheduling.

11/21-Faith Development Classes

PreK: Gather with Ms. Harmoni on the Playground

Elementary: Circle of Trees: From Peril to Progress. So far in Circle of Trees, we’ve talked about the many benefits of trees and we’ve expressed our gratitude. Now it is time to think about taking action to support and protect trees.

MS Youth: The Problem with Thanksgiving in the United States. What are the stories we tell at Thanksgiving? Who is centered in those stories? What stories might we share that will shift the narrative?

Senior Youth: Planning for Action/Learning about Abortion Rights Issues. This week our youth will move closer to taking action as they go deeper into their chosen issue and consider how they will take it to the streets!

Adults: 3rd Sunday Living Our Values: Unchanging Truths. This workshop invites Unitarian Universalists to examine questions about the existence and nature of truth, and to explore whether and how moral thinking is shaped—either reactively or proactively—by notions that there is ultimate unchanging moral truth to guide actions.
Adults will meet in the Adult classroom (room 107) starting at 10:30. Please wear a mask.
